What We Offer

Loughborough Innovation Centre is purpose-designed to meet the needs of innovative, high growth companies.

We have around 3,500 m2 of lettable space, divided into different sized office accommodation and laboratory space.

All of our tenancies come with a range of support services from a welcoming and professionally staffed reception area to meeting rooms and conferencing facilities, to one to one business mentoring.
